What is available, what is in Beta, and what is still to come
This page records the honest position. It distinguishes what the platform does today from work that is still being finished and work that is only planned, so nobody has to guess which is which.

Customer records
Organisations, contacts, locations and agreements, with Companies House and UK address lookups where those services are enabled.

Service desk and cases
Queues, priorities, case activity and history, so a request has a place to live and a record colleagues can pick up.

Time tracking
Time entries against cases and opportunities, with charge types and timesheets.

Reporting and dashboards
A visual report builder, an AI report assistant, shareable dashboards and scheduled delivery.

Microsoft 365 connections
Single sign-on, mailbox and calendar sync, directory sync, and licence and device visibility. Each connection is configured per tenant and per mailbox.
In Beta
Present and usable, but still being finished. Access depends on the permissions and Beta access your account is given, so not every user sees every Beta area.

Report templates
A catalogue of ready-made report templates. Beta templates need a preview against your own data before they are relied on.

Finance and billing
Time entries, charge types and agreements can feed the billing workflow. Billing terms and invoices are not part of this website and are not quoted here.

Pipeline and licensing tooling, in Beta and not enabled for every account.

Agreed work that is not built yet. No delivery date is promised, and this page will not invent one to look further ahead than we are.

SLA deadline and breach alerts
The platform records SLA plans and the time recorded against work today. Automated deadline and breach alerts, which would notify a team when an SLA deadline is approaching or has passed, are planned work and are not available now. Deadline and breach automation is not implemented, so no alert can be relied on until it ships.

ProactivePSA is a PSA platform. It is not a remote monitoring and management tool and does not replace one.

Blanket accuracy of every reported total
Reports read the records underneath them, including Beta templates. Check a figure against its source entries before you make a decision with it.
